Is it me or everyone else is feeling the same that Yahoo Buzz is becoming popular and growing exponentially and could possibly overthrow popular Digg.com in coming few years if not months … I was desperately looking for a Yahoo Buzz button on my social bookmarks list and Thanks to Socialable wordpress plugin they updated it recently with ability to submit the articles to Yahoo Buzz as well and I have submitted tons of them since them, and did receive some click back to my site, currently my site gets as many click back from Yahoo Buzz as it does from Digg, However I am foreseeing that Yahoo Buzz is gonna take over all the Digg like sites in near future, I really don’t wanna this to happen with Mixx for some reasons i like it more than any other site of its kind.
Yahoo Buzz recently added bunch of new features taking in account the web 2.0 revolution as more and more sites are becoming social, the commenting system on Yahoo Buzz is also similiar to that of we have seen on Digg there are several other similarities between the two sites therefore I think Yahoo Buzz will be a major threat to Digg and for Digg to survive they must need to find out ways to compete with this Internet Giant, lastly on a side note Yahoo took off its Y! Live a live video streaming service you can read more here and they are also pushing Microsoft back to the bargaining table as Google backed out the possible Internet Advertising deal.
