There has been a lot of buzz around the Web since after Microsoft announced to release Windows 7 at PDC 2008, and the pre-beta copies were distributed to the attendees to make their reviews of the up coming release of Windows operating system, It was first speculated to be released 3 years after the Visa i.e in 2010 however Now there are rumors around the web it is likely to released earlier than expected as noted on CNET
In a technical session on Thursday afternoon, Microsoft provided the clearest public indication that it is planning on getting Windows 7 completed in time to run on PCs that ship for next year’s holiday buying season.
This stories though confirms that windows 7 would be released next year holiday seasons by mid or end of the year yet Microsoft had not made it clear at the PDC 2008 conference about the actual date of its release.
Windows 7 which appears to be what Vista should have beeen with improved features and layout, so I am as much eager to get my hands on windows 7 as anyone else just hoping that we would have an even better operating system to work with.
