Twollow is just another twitter service that makes the life of Tweep a lot easier. Now you don’t have browse the profile pages of people to know and follow them and it’s very painful and time consuming job! This site helps you search and follow people automatically by the keywords you describe. However it’s imperative you are very specific in your keyword choice for example if you choose Google or Computer it would probably generate hundreds if not thousands of follow requests and might jeopardize your twitter account, therefore try to add keywords that are more specific.

Noooo… buddy! If you look at it more closely then this website does not reveal any specific where abouts. They ask your Twitter account and you give them. This is a third party tool. Twitter can ban you for following people automatically. Infact see the Twitter suspended accounts page: http://twitterhelp.blogspot.com/2008/08/suspended-accounts.html

Be ware of third party tools. Play fair, buddy. Do not auto-follow, I would say.

@Hiroshi that page says that id YOU are following other accounts in order to gain attention to your accoun you could be considered spammy and possibly blocked.

Auto follow means that people reached out to you first. I think that Twitter would want you to follow back anyone that is appropriate – and if you consider everyone appropriate it is OK.

Once you have more than 2000 following you can’t have more than 10% of a difference between following and followers. If you have 2000 followers then you can be following 2200. If you were to be at that 2000/2200 for a week then stop following everyone that does not follow you and drop your numbers to 2000/1900 – then follow 300 new people to get followers, twitter would consider that spammy. if your followers/following numbers looked like the list below they would not be happy.
      2000/2200
      2000/1900
      2050/2200
      2050/2050
      2100/2310
and so on. Dropping people that don’t follow you, and following new people does increase your followers, it is also not what they want.
