Today is the most joyous day in a while in history of Pakistan Cricket and for Pakistani nation as a whole. As Pakistan won the 2nd World Cup of Twenty20 Championship, they defeated Srilanka in the final by Eight Wickets. While People were enjoying the Victory of Pakistan in this Champions Trophy the Online Blogging Community also celebrated it over Popular social Networking sites like Twitter and Facebook. Shahid Afridi in particular played a major role in this victory his performace in the Semi and in the Final Match was superb and outstanding. In Final he took Two wickets and was leading scoring batsman with 54 runs. Sri Lanks on the other hand from the very start were under pressure since they lost so many wickets in few early wickets however their Captain Sangakara played good innings and put a good total of 138 runs as at one point they didn’t seem to reach 100 score marks. Anyway Big day for Pakistani nation as a whole and in particular for Pakistani Cricket. Congratulations to everyone in Pakistani at home or abroad over this win.
