BingDownloader hasn't been updated for a while and its user interface sucks
I would recommend Bing Wallpaper Downloader (http://www.bing-wallpaper.com/download.html) which very neat. It not only downloads bing wallpapers, but also can set them as your desktop background in slideshow mode. The only drawback is that it is not freeware.
i think that Bing is not as good as Google. Google would still index new websites faster than Bing. Microsoft would still need a lot of catching to do with GoogleBot.
