Just came across this site Woofer, which completely mimic the style and design of Twitter however instead of 140 characters limit, at Woofer you have 1400 characters to say something and mind you, your post should be minimum of 1400 characters long before it could be published on Woofer. Who the hell has so much free time to spare these days but still they they have over 7500 users posts or woofs as this is what they call their version of Tweet.
Seriously this Web app looks pretty pathetic to me, and seems like people are running out of ideas to create something useful and only resort to create site like this which mimic or make fun of Twitter. May it’s because I am Twitter Fan. However I am amazed by the number of people who have posted 1400 characters long posts. They call it anti-Twitter and macro-blogging site which i don’t know it may be but certainly it is pathetic and ugly.
