Previously i was only familiar to online tools that would let you test your website in various browsers under different operating systems like Browsershots, Which is a very handy tool especially for Web developers to spot the bugs and make their websites compatible with all of the popular Browsers such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari etc.

However today i found another online tool which lets you view your Website in different Screen Resolutions and it’s called ViewLikeUs, the resolution of my laptop is 1280×800 and my blog does appear fine on this resolution, However I have not had a chance to view it on other screen resolutions which are either bigger or smaller than mine.

However ViewlikeUs makes this task easier for you. The most commonly used screen resolution on the Web is 1024×768 even though the latest laptops in the Market nowadays come with 1280×800 screen resolution. Anyway, if you are developing a Website you might want to use both tools to test your website that i featured in this blog post. Anyway website which works fine in most of the popular browsers like Firefox, Internet explorer, Safari, Opera etc and in screen resolution of 1024×768 and 12800×800 is considered to be user-friendly.
