It’s been a while since I have shared any of the computer tricks. Today we are gonna disable Recycle Bin in Windows XP, so that we could delete files immediately. As when we delete a certain file it is first moved to Recycle bin and then we have to empty recycle bin time to time which could be annoying sometimes.

So Here is step by step guide:
1. Start Menu > Run > and type “gpedit.msc” it would popup Group Policy Window
2. Select ‘User Configuration’ > ‘Administrative Templates’ > ‘Windows Components’ > ‘Windows Explorer’
3. Now in the right side of Window Search for ‘ Do not move deleted files to Recycle bin ‘ and Enable this option.
While disabling this option can save you time and few mouse clicks, However you should be very cautious and keep in mind that if you choose to delete any file on your computer it will no longer be available in Recycle Bin and will be deleted immediately and there is no way to restore it back like you can do with having Recycle enabled.
