Previously we have featured many Twitter Desktop Clients for Windows, MAC and Linux like TweetPocket and TweetDeck however both of them are built on Adobe AIR. TweetBrando is an Open Source Twitter Client for Windows which does not require Adobe AIR.
This project is in very early stage of its development, However you can still view your timeline, update your Status, and view trending topics and their timeline. It is written in C# using Microsoft Visual C# 2008 and the .Net Framework 3.5. So if you are a fan of OpenSource projects you might want to give it a whirl and might want to contribute to its development as well. And Here you can download TweetBrando’s First release.
